The project management methodology of BossaBox is a unique combination of internally validated practices and well-established market references. This method was developed based on the execution of over 140 projects, incorporating the best practices of various recognized approaches in the market.
Each phase of the project journey and product life cycle utilizes a distinct set of processes and best practices aligned with the project and the client. This ensures that the most suitable tools are applied at the right time, ensuring the effectiveness of the processes.
The BossaBox working methodology is based on agile principles of product discovery and development, aiming to deliver software into production quickly and frequently. This allows for constant learning with users and necessary adaptations along the way, which in the long run leads to generating value for the business.
How it works in practice
Diagnosis: Every project starts with a detailed diagnosis of each initiative, allowing the methodological approach to be adjusted to the client's context. Instead of a standard framework, a flexible set of practices adapted to the particularities of each project is used.
Immersion: After the diagnosis and allocation of Squads, there is an immersion of five to ten business days. Based on the Lean Inception Methodology by Paulo Caroli, this stage aligns the client, BossaBox, and Squad regarding the problems the product solves and the solution strategy.
Sprints: After immersion, the Squad starts the sprint cycles, applying the Dual Track Agile, where one part of the team carries out discovery with users while the other focuses on delivery in parallel. Throughout the project, the client and Squad maintain constant interaction to co-create a high-value product.
