The Specialists play strategic roles on several fronts:
Quality Assurance: Committed to excellence, the Specialists ensure that ceremonies, deliveries, and documentation occur at the highest quality. Through a preventive data-driven approach, they ensure the continuous maintenance and improvement of the team's performance, preventing challenges before they arise and ensuring compliance with BossaBox's established standards.
Strategic Alignment: Each Specialist works to deeply understand the clients' businesses, aligning business needs with the technical execution of projects. This involves a continuous partnership, where the Specialist becomes the client's business reference within BossaBox, identifying improvement opportunities and executing them to maximize project results.
Management and Well-being: Managers use an integrated approach that combines technical competence with managerial sensitivity. They balance team productivity and well-being, ensuring that everyone involved is motivated and focused on generating tangible results for the business.
Specialists Team
BossaBox has three key figures within the Specialists team:
Group Product Manager (GPM): Guardian of BossaBox's product methods and practices. He is responsible for managing Product Managers and Designers allocated in the Squad. Coordinates efforts and decisions related to the product and strategy.
Tech Manager: Responsible for engineering performance, analyzes DevExperience data and DORA metrics to optimize development operations and anticipate potential problems. He is responsible for managing Tech Leads, Software Engineers, QAs, and DevOps Engineers.
Account Manager: The main strategic contact with the client, understands and anticipates needs, turning them into effective actions for the success of the partnership.
