About the company
Founded in 2014 and one of Brazil’s leading digital marketing platforms, Eduzz offers tools for creators, infopreneurs, and companies to create, distribute, and scale digital businesses. With an operation that serves thousands of partners and brings together solutions for sales management, content distribution, automation, and payments, the company stands out for its CELA culture (Trust, Delight, Freedom, and Joy), which guides the way it works, innovates, and relates to its community, continuously driving the evolution of the digital ecosystem.
Problem identified
Eduzz faced a common challenge for technology companies: there was more demand for development than internal capacity to expand, making it necessary to seek external support. However, previous experiences with traditional suppliers had generated frustration, as these partners had little correlation with the final result and showed low concern for customer dissatisfaction, which completely clashed with the company's way of working. Therefore, the search turned into a pursuit of a more results-oriented partnership capable of taking real responsibility for the delivered impact.

Implemented solution
The solution came with BossaBox, which stood out with its focus on results, reflected even in the contract, with penalties if a minimum percentage of delivery was not achieved. Furthermore, the company's relationship model with its providers, based on freedom, trust, and flexibility of work, resonated directly with Eduzz's culture, especially regarding autonomy and the possibility of remote work.
The partnership was structured to allocate professionals in dedicated squads, with shared management between the two companies and a focus on specific projects. Unlike previous experiences, the performance-based contract provided security and alignment of expectations, while the provision of truly senior professionals raised the standard of delivery, avoiding the common misalignment seen in suppliers who promised seniority but delivered more junior profiles.
Results
Since the beginning of the partnership, deliveries have maintained a consistent and high-quality standard: over the course of three years, the minimum performance agreement was breached only twice, reinforcing the predictability and maturity of the model. Even while working part-time, the Prolancers achieve results equivalent to those of full-time professionals, thanks to the effective seniority level of the specialists provided by Bossa Box, whose performance is comparable to that of seniors at Eduzz itself, regardless of formal position or time in the market. This level of delivery has directly contributed to the evolution of projects and to the ongoing trust in the partnership.
"In the case of BossaBox, we receive effectively senior professionals. Not in relation to the position or length of experience, but their delivery was compatible with that of a senior professional."
